Sarah has had the privilege of working with over 1000 buyers and sellers in Chittenden County, Addison County, Grand Isle County, Franklin County, Lamoille County, and Washington County.

She specializes in single-family homes, condominiums, and investment properties primarily in the greater Burlington area. Her extensive knowledge in Vermont real estate and her dedication to assisting buyers and sellers is evident throughout each and every transaction.

In addition to receiving many company sales distinctions, Sarah has also acquired the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and the Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource (SFR) and the Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designations.

Chloe is no stranger to real estate. Raised in the Midwest, she grew up in a multi-generational family business centered around purchasing and managing properties. She was drawn to Vermont to attend the University of Vermont, graduating with a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education and human development. After college, she worked as a preschool teacher in Burlington until she decided to step back into real estate to carry on the family tradition of providing superior customer service to our clients.

Since 2020 Brittany had been bringing her professional background in brand marketing, business development, and project management to our team. She is an enthusiastic, creative, and analytical marketing maven who uses multichannel marketing to increase brand awareness and engagement with our clients and anyone who is interested in real estate.

As the Marketing and Listing Manager for our team, Brittany manages our team’s marketing strategy and execution and also expertly handles the coordination of our listings. She provides skillful guidance and coordination to our seller clients, each step of the way, in getting their homes ready for the market.

Closing Coordinator

Laura runs a smooth ship when navigating real estate with our clients. She focuses on the little details that are important in real estate transactions to ensure a smooth process for our clients. Laura delivers timely communication and follow-through from the time a contract is written, to the time of the closing. Laura has a son and her family lives in rural Vermont where the chickens run around free and you leave your boots at the door.

Marlene’s diverse background in several areas of the medical field, in addition to owning two successful businesses, including MOOV Consultants, puts her in the perfect position to play a key role in supporting on our team as an Executive Assistant. Marlene’s interest in real estate grew out of her passion for transforming spaces and helping people to feel at peace in their homes.

Marlene lives in Richmond with her husband, Geoff, their two daughters and their dogs, Fig and Poppy. She grew up in Shoreham, Vermont, and although she has lived in various parts of the country, she has found herself coming back to her Vermont roots. In her free time, she enjoys DIY projects, hiking, and spending quality time with her family.
